Tulsa Tea Party - This Friday at Veteran's Park
By Joe Kelley, Host of the KRMG Morning News
Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity were the first to throw the flag on President Barack Obama's economic stimulus plans.
But in mainstream cable TV, it was CNBC's Rick Santelli who inspired most conservative Americans to say, "Yeah, that's what I was thinking!"
A national movement has been launched to show opposition to the bailout of banks and irresponsible homeowners.
From the Official Chicago Tea Party:
Enough is enough. It's time to protest out of control government. Please dress in black (goal is to get the message across that the free-market system America was built on is dying), bring protest signs and cameras.
But you don't have to go to Chicago to show your opposition.
