So not only will it save the environment, cap and trade will help reduce the budget deficit! When people ask me about Global Warming, before I dissect any details, I always say: "The problem with Global Warming solutions if that you are talking about spending trillions of dollars with no guarantee that it will make and difference"
I guess in that respect, it's kind of like AIDS research.

Just another tax.
At least this one is not unfairly targeted on the productive.

The CO2 BS exchange or market is in...Chicago!
Just like the CBOE (options) and CME (mercantile) both used to wreck the stock market in October to elect Obama.

Sure.....
Severely limit and destroy heavy industry in this country, that will surely grow the revenues coming into Washington. As well as put countless Amerikuns back to werk, fer sher!
And let me guess, ALGORE just so happens to have a firm of “consultants” immediately available to handle these transactions. (For additional 25% of the gross.)
I can just smell the PROSPERITY already!

If this actually passes, I think I’ll start up a new consulting business, helping people start up Cap & Trade Facilitation companies.
How hard could it be?

......I guess in that respect, it's kind of like AIDS research. No. AIDS Research shares an hysterical political component with Global Warming and the CO2 Theory, but there is one major difference.
In AIDS Research, there is some basis in real-world science. People die from AIDS, or more likely from the opportunistic infections which it invites. No such luck with Global Warming or "Greenhouse Gases. " More people died at Chapaquiddick than from Global Warming. More people were found dead at Marcy Park than from CO2 Emissions.

It’s OK. No problem. Industry will be taxed the confiscatory fees necessary to eliminate Global Warming, and cut the deficit Obama “inherited” from Bush.
Trust me when I say the American taxpayer will never be effected by this. (/s the whole post)

“cap and trade.”
An obvious mistranslation of the Dutch: its capping trade.
The EU’s system is doing such a fine job that emissions have barely budged and its so strong that its on the verge of collapse!
Why would we not want something like that here????
