A professor from Kuwait, the country liberated from Saddam Hussein's attack squads by the United States in the first Gulf War, has outlined on Arab television a potential terror attack that would involve smuggling anthrax from Mexico into the U.S. and killing 330,000 people in 60 minutes.

I would suggest it might be wise to look at the activity of Anthrax spores, to see if this is even possible.
I’m not sure a that large a body of people could be exposed to the degree that they could be killed in less than 60 minutes.
It may be possible, but I think it’s questionable.
Why don’t these people spend their energy making their crappy little countries better places to live rather than trying to tear our country down?
They could certainly expose that many in a large city during some big event but I don’t believe anthrax kills that quickly.

You’d have to have a very large public event IMO. One of those Obama love fests might accomplish it, but even a sporting event generally doesn’t gather enough people for over 300,000 to be a target.
I agree with your comment regarding quick mortality too.
Cipro can be administered to people to counter the exposure too.
Besides, even when you have a large event, you have to disburse the product. The weather and wind are factors. It’s not that easy to spread it around.
