Just finished watching Larry King with T. Boone Pickens and his new dear, dear friend John Podesta.
Been seeing his ads popping up again this evening as well.
He told Larry he had an hour long interview with The One this afternoon and he said he was encouraged. With the Clinton consiglieries in his pocket I'd say it was a done deal already.
It looks as though we're going to be saved from furrin' oil after all. At our expense of course.
Pickens is a sell out..traitor imho!

Wind cannot compete with cheap natural gas. Even the 30% infrastructure grants will not save the wind industry. There is no capital in the markets to build the wind farms, and no operating cash flow in the wind industry to provide the cash. There are no taxable incomes now needing production tax credits. Until the economy stabilizes and starts to improve wind is not going forward.
I saw Harry Reid at the Fiscal Irresponsibility Summit. He stated as fact that we import 70% of our oil from Venezeula and the Middle East. I guess Canada and Mexico got out of the oil business.
T. Bone was on CNBC this morning bragging that he got 30% of his energy plan passed in the Porkulus Bill. He’s still pushing natural gas (which he’s heavily invested in) for cars and is trying to get that into BO’s energy bill. He’d certainly rather have our tax dollars to build his windmills and buy his natural gas than having to spend his own millions.
Pickens owns a bunch of natural gas wells in addition to being a BIG WIND BAG!

I pay enough for natural gas as it is. I don’t need him increasing demand for it tenfold. I won’t be able to heat my house.
