I like Sarah Palin...
Recently, however, my confidence in Governor Palins judgment has begun to ebb most dramatically, this week...

They can’t paint him as dumb or uneducated. They will go after him on religion IMO and try to turn him into an extremist. He doesn’t come across that way when he speaks though. I certainly hope that Jindal realizes this and is ready for it.

They will go after him on religion IMO and try to turn him into an extremist. That could be dangerous for them. Jindal is a converted Christian, from Hinduism. Obama is a converted Christian, from Muslim. How can they attack one and ignore the other, especially after ignoring the 20 years of Obama listening to the rants of Rev. Wright?

The “other grandma” was Sally Heath, Sarah’s mother, so actually Greta was expecting the great-grandma. Both mention how Mrs. Heath was in the hall. Ms.Johnston was no where around.
BTW, the interview took place at a library in Fairbanks, not the Palin home. Greta said back in November that she’d be covering the finish of the Iron Dog, so she had planned to be up there anyway.

The part of the Bristol Palin interview I found interesting is that was when she was saying the words "teen abstinence is unrealistic", the film clip wasn't showing her face (it was showing the baby or Greta or something else). That means that her face & words won't be run on an endless loop somewhere or popping up in weird places.
My question is why did Greta want to interview Bristol anyway???

Rudy was a liberal and you never heard me say he was going to win... and that was NEVER the consensus here! I have heard Michael Reagan say Palin is his dad's heir apparent... and I do not see any other repubic that is able to captivate an audience and pull in tens of thousands of supporters to rallies... Palin is the real deal and I stand by my prediction. If she is not the nominee... we will lose again to the Antichrist.

If Palin wins the nomination then it'll be because she worked for it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that so far she'll be up against Romney, Sanford, Jindal, Barbour, Huntsman, and God knows how many others. She'd better get her act together and lower the flake content a bit or she's going to be Quayle v 2.0.

Greta stated that Bristol set this up on her own. Sarah stopped by and surprised them and Greta said I didnt know you would be here. If anyone believes this I have a bridge to sell. Cheap.
To: EveningStar
As big of a supporter of Gov. Palin that I am I had the same thought. Don’t tell me that Fox would send a crew to Alaska and not expect some face time with the most famous Republican in the U.S. Greta has more important things to do than talk to impulsive teens regarding pregnancy.
To: Crimson Elephant
She’s been Quayled by those who value fiscal conservatism more than social.
We shall see.

They said these things about Reagan also... Palin IS GOING TO BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT.
I am hoping too!!

Greta had a SCHEDULED interview with Palin out at the finish line of the Iron Dog. She reported as much on her website that she’d be interviewing Palin there the day before the event; she also reported after the fact that she had NOT expected to see her in the Fairbanks library with Bristol—that was a surprise.

I do not like coronations either... and if she fails for some reason then she is not the one to lead us from this malaise that is destroying everything I was raised to appreciate and love. I am only propagating the excitement and faith that I have in her intellect, intuition and abilities. If I am wrong then I will man-up and admit it... but my confidence level in her is high and well earned.

Beware of anyone who makes allegiance to a personality the litmus test of conservatism. Are we a movement rooted in principle or a personality cult?

Sarah Palin is just the type we need in national politics. How refreshing from the Ted Kennedy, Dodd grab ass methods of the past.

Who I support for President in 2012 depends on the Messiah’s approval ratings in 2011-2012. If his approval ratings are still strong, then I support either Huckabee, Huntsman, or Romney. Let these “undesirables” stimulate the economy with their own money and save the better part of the GOP pool (Sanford, Jindal, Palin) for 2016.
