Many have weighed in on Eric Holder's "cowards" slur. He obviously hasn't paid much attention to college campuses, where the obsession with race permeates departments, curricula, hiring, faculty profile, student events, funding, etc. Bumper-sticker identification and hair-trigger readiness to accuse someone of racism to further a particular ideological or even personal agenda are now 30 years old and institutionalized in higher education. He is right on one count, however — in the university, public schools, journalism at large, the foundations, and politics, there is a reluctance in one aspect to broach the subject. It is absolutely taboo to suggest that...

We conservatives, by our quiet acquiescence over the past 70 years, have allowed this to happen.

We have allowed these people to rise to power. We let them take over schools and universities. We let them take over the media. We let them infest business and politics with their socialism and political correctness.

No wonder you all are feeling some buyer's remorse. Look what the people who don't go to a place of employment are going to get!

And if you do go to a place of employment, the Secretary of Transportation, a true koolaid drinker, wants to tax every mile you drive.

Because gasoline taxes are not bringing in as many dollars, dontcha know, since the mandating of fuel efficiency standards has enabled everyone to drive more miles per gallon purchased.
