...more than 11,800 gang members belonging to more than 700 different gangs have been arrested nationwide. That's great, but what happened/will happen to these gang members? They torture people and cut off their heads, Muslim-style, they murder little kids, they trade in human chattle and the worst drugs on Earth. So what will our courageous judges give them, an extra whack on the pee-pee?
