Would this be a nice little euphemism for ACORN?!

I don't know. Could be? It's strange the way the chart put all those items into one category: Labor & volunteering, healthcare, social services, education, social security

According to the breakdown:

Labor spending is for employment, training, and "community service".

Volunteering spending is for programs like Americorps and other "community service".

Healthcare includes "incentive payments to hospitals and physicians who computerize medical-records systems." (That sounds scary.)

I can't tell what is included under social services. Education looks exactly like what we'd expect.

Social security includes "construction of new National Computer Center" for SSA.
