Kissing banned at Warrington railway station - except in kissing zone

Kiss under this new railway station sign and you could be in for a right ticketing-off.
For killjoy town bosses have banned romantic goodbyes like the one in weepy movie Brief Encounter in case shows of affection disrupt departures.
And in what some will see as the nanny state gone mad, lovers who cant resist puckering up must go to a special kissing zone.

Clever though.
Will they establish Muslim beheading zones too? What better way to say goodbye to a loved one — and you wouldn’t want to delay a departure.
Using the baseball code, will they also have first base, second base, third base, and home run zones?
Is all kissing banned, or just male-female kissing? With what the British Empire has become, I’d expect them to have one set of rules for normal people and another set of rules for “diversity kissing”.
The first time I ever saw something like this was at the Metro Station in Gaithersburg MD. At the entrance was a split and one way had a sign that read “Park and Ride”, and the other had a sign that read “Kiss and Ride”. ;o)
