Yeah, because there is so much opportunity out there in terms of jobs. Is that Wal-Mart's fault?
No matter what, states and the feds subsidize Walmart and other retail employees...I object to this. Why should they make billions while I have to as a taxpayer provide food stamps, health insurance and subsidized housing for their workers.
FRiend, it isn't Wal-Mart who forces you to do those things. Wal-Mart can't make you do anything at all. Your anger is misdirected.
Does Wal-Mart make you pay your taxes? No. It's the government.
Does Wal-Mart take your tax money and give it to others in the form of food stamps? No. It's the government.
Do you notice a pattern here? What the government does is NOT Wal-Mart's fault. The lack of jobs available from other employers is NOT Wal-Mart's fault.

Tell us how much money Walmart spends to keep the politicians in their pockets? How much stock do the politicians own in Walmart? No, his anger isn't misdirected. Unscrupulous unethical and anti-American Walmart executives with their hearts and heads in communist china are to blame. Wal-mart is just one of the transnational corporations pushing 'affordable housing'(also known as socialism) to the government. Think freddie and fannie and taxpayer subsidies on that one.
What the government does is favor Walmart.Walmart has used the government to break down any barriers to trading with communists, and slave laborers which the people of a free country would inherently oppose. They have used the government to ensure their 'supply lines' aren't hindered by customs, and that tariffs aren't applied to their chinese master's goods. They use the government to raise taxes on American's wages to provide the social services and everything else that their underpaid workforce requires to get themselves off the hook for them, while other smaller domestic companies cannot. The relationship between Walmart and other transnational corporations is corporatist fascist. Yes, and Walmart is to blame for their participation in this anti-American ideology.

Walmart a billion dollar corporation...pays it’s workers so little, I and other tax payers have to pay for their employees basic needs...food and shelter-not to mention health care...this is offensive. I don’t want to subsidize Walmart or any corporation.

Yes, Walmart’s irresponsibility makes me pay taxes for their workers...I don’t like it.
