I always thought it interesting that Nancy's children grew up to be mindless liberals and the other two, Maureen and Micheal were conservative.....

She’s a funny looking thing but we kind of liked her on Hannity I think Hannity liked her too. She’s at least smarter and way more natural than her mother, I attribute that to her Italian father, of course. Maybe she’ll grow up to be a conservative.

Stupid, mean, and butt-ugly is no way to go through life, girl.

I saw it last night.
Other than the folks in Mississippi who made racial comments, I thought the folks Pelosi interviewed were regular folks.
Not the most articulate, but their love of country, of their fear of what an Obama Presidency would be like(and all coming true, BTW)and the importance of this election for the future of America all coame through.
The sight of the Palin and McCain rallies in the film brought me to tears as I remembered how much I wanted to believe we would win, that the American people COULDN’T be so stupid as to elect Obama. You never saw many American flags at an Obama rally. The excitement, listening to Palin all over again, the down home, unbridled patriotism made the loss more deeply felt.
The film shows the stark difference in the heartland folks and the coastal regions and the Chicago/Detroit/Madison/Minneapolis belt.
Even some of the participants were astute enough to verbalize that this country is in danger of splitting along ideological fault lines.
All I know is, a similar film on the Obama campaign would have made have uncontrollable projectile vomiting.
Pelosi is a liberal, and her questions also reveal that about her. But that is a given going in.
This film, showed real Americans, warts and all, and I am proud to be numbered with them.
