The gutters are slowly drying. The rain has tapered off, but we have more forecast for tomorrow .... and off and on throughout the next 10 days or so. (This is, after all, our “rainy” season.) Hopefully once the rain is done and the sun comes out, my half green-half brown lawn will turn fully green! And, come March, I wanted to get some tomato plants planted .... so we’ll see how things dry out and warm up a bit. Otherwise, it’s been nice having my wonderful DH home for three days in a row ... but he’s back to work tomorrow.

Yes, I hope so. The California water crisis is real. We need more snow in the snowpack ... we need several more strong storms to make up for several dry months (and years!)
