Dear Concerned Citizen,
The liberals are at it again. In a new bill introduced the first day of the present session of Congress, and with zero coverage from the MSM, H.R. 45 (Blair Holts Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009) targets all gun owners in the U.S.A. While the media the world and everyone else is focused on the phony plan to spend tax dollars legislation is sneeking through the House and Senate for more gun control.
This nefarious bill seeks to strip us all of our Constitutional Rights to possess and bear firearms of any distinction. It requires, within the first two years, that all new guns be registered. The bill goes retroactive after two years. Meaning that two years after the passage of the bill, ALL FIREARMS in a citizens possession must be registered, not just those purchased after the bill passes, and this apparently applies to antique firearms as well.

Banning them makes me a felon. Confiscating makes me a violent felon....
That may not matter. As bad as the current situation, a constitutional convention might be a last ditch “federal bail-out”, in which it is the federal government being bailed out.
Even if this stinkburger passes, will it hold up under Constitutional scrutiny? The SCOTUS, by at least 5-4, would rule this unconstitutional, right?
Tragically mine as well, I was busy rearranging chairs when they slipped into the murky water
shoot! Your story is more tragic than mine. LOL
Please don’t bring up Red Dawn.
1. Had real good girlfriend once, her name was Dawn.
2. It makes me sad every time the guy has to shoot his brother. My brother and I have Wolverine pact and I’d sure hate to shoot his weak a**
It's funny because I believe that I have also completely forgotten how to load ammunition too.
Good thing that all I have left are air soft guns with Earth-friendly biodegradable pellets.
Guns? What guns? Don’t know nothin’ about any guns. What is a gun?
And exactly which part of this bill is good for gun owners?
Been way out of the loop for a week. Has this passed as part of the stim bill?
So yes, we have lost. Now we just wait to see the next step.
