Andrew M. Warren’s Biography:
Andrew M. Warren grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia. An expert in Middle Eastern affairs, Mr. Warren served as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. State Department (1997-2001); during his tenure, he spent two years in Kuwait at the American Embassy in addition to traveling extensively throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to his service at the State Department, he worked with the National Security Agency. Mr. Warren obtained a Masters Degree in Middle East History and Arabic from Indiana University; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Norfolk State University.

According to the affidavit, when Warren was interviewed by Diplomatic Security investigators, he claimed he had “engaged in consensual sexual intercourse” and admitted there were photographs of the two women on his personal laptop. He would not consent to a search or seizure of the computer, leading investigators to seek the warrant.

According to the affidavit (of two women complainants unnamed , no photos), a search of Warren's residence in Algiers turned up Valium and Xanax and a handbook on the investigation of sexual assaults.

Ohhhh the realm of spies!Warren also could have been set up but we will likely never know. Warren, James Bond, he is not? Or was Warren merely cultivating informants, it being unusual for Muslim women to accept alcoholic drinks as the affidavits claim independently of the other. It would be of great interest to see these women's employment history and background , connections etc.

The troubling aspect of the case , which freema’s post has revealed,is that Warren has no history of any military service. This he has in common with the Obama
“ Ram Manual” operation staff, out of the Whitehouse executive office.And Warren is former NSA.

In any event, I am sure that Ram Manual will have a position for Warren in his ACORN spy network, which actually may be what this is all about. The CIA does not relinquish its personnel easily.

Warren might well reemerge as Chicago's ACORN station chief, bent on applying the Cloward-Piven strategy in the “remaking” of America.

Watch for Warren's reemergence somewhere on the Obama administrative team.Obama’s formerly announced civilian/ domestic military force may now be in the making.He obviously will have the money to do it in the so called “ Stimulus Bill”.
