Definitely about voter fraud; but the phantoms do collect state paychecks and pensions. Camden NJ was caught with phantom employees. One of our union leaders said to the Home News Tribune that they knew personally of 6,000 phantom employees.
NJ is not unique. The 118 year old is a testiment to that.
So they question I have is ...were these misc. records before Obama was running for President or part of the voter fraud to get him elected. I would think they would use a different name on his presidential run.
So maybe these obama records were back when he was a nobody.
Perhaps the info on his mother is also part of voter fraud.
