Do they recycle social security numbers? This is the first I have heard about him using a social security number that is 118 years old.

I think the CIA was involved with this family and this accounts for the weirdness and the refusal of anyone to do anything about this.

They do not recycle SS#s. Obama is apparently 118 years old and we should all be impressed and look to him for his youthful secrets.

Social Security has only been in existence for 74 years.

The SS program isn't 118 years old. Therefore no number can be 118 years old.
