Oh, I see. So, somewhere between knocking her to the ground, holding her on the floor, reaching for the knife, pulling her hair back so her neck was exposed, then pulling her head back, and beginning to slit her throat, there was no premeditation. Gotcha’! Makes sense to me. Maybe her neck fell UP against the knife too . . . then it would be suicide.
