A woman who lost her husband in the September 11 terror attacks was among the 50 people who died in a plane crash last night.
Beverly Eckert was apparently on her way to celebrate what would have been her husband Sean Rooney's 58th birthday.
'We know she was on the plane and now she's with him,' her sister Sue Bourque said.

No, I don’t hink so. I had read that she was going back home to present a scholarship in her husband’s name to a local school. A previous article had said how she could never hold back the tears, she’s been so grief-stricken. It did not say if they had ay chldren so I’m assuming they did not. I hope she can finally be at peace..and with her lost love.

I hope they didnt have any children. They would have been through enough losing their father in such a violent fashion. If they did, may God look over them.

That'd make her over seventy -- I don't hardly think so.
I read a story about her and she was an intense activist who worked hard to keep politicians feet to the fire about passing tough laws to keep Americans safe from terrorists. She did not want others to suffer the same grief she has. My heart grieves for her, all of the victims and their families.

In a Fox video, it looked like she had a teen or early 20ish son.
