It is both their 200th birthdays today.
Charles Darwin: February 12, 1809 April 19, 1882

Liberal Google picks Darwin:

Lincoln was the worst war criminal this nation has ever known. His War of Northern Agression killed more Americans than anyone in history-! Read Thomas DiLorenzo- LINCOLN UNMASKED is a good start. Well referenced.
ugly
redneck! /sarc
Lincoln was pretty liberal too. He was anything but a conservative.
Trust me, I do not like Abe Lincoln. That is why I added this keyword to this thread: lincolnsucksanyways
“With every man’s hand against me, I am here in despair. And why; For doing what Brutus was honored for. And yet I for striking down a greater tyrant than they ever knew am looked upon as a common cutthroat.”
-John Wilkes Booth, April 21, 1865
Good call by Google. Abraham Lincoln means nothing to us in the South Pacific. But Charles Darwin does: he was the first to document the Fact of Evolution, and for the first time thereby explaining how God carried out the miracle of Creation.
Darwin was a very, very clever man. Lincoln was merely a president of the United States, and a very rotten one at that. The best thing Lincoln ever did was get assassinated.
I hear Jefferson Davis is still in the running to be the honoree on April Fools' Day.
c. 1885
The best thing you could do would be to shut up. You aren't even American and want to tell us which President has the right to life and which not?
Mossadegh was the initiator of the nationalization of Iranian oil starting at base Kargh Island.
an abrasive comment from someone who has little knowledge of history /imho
Huh? Sure you wanted to post this on this thread? I'd be glad to discuss Mossadegh with you, however on a fitting thread.
Jeff as a private person certainly had worthy qualities and accomplishments. But for his central role as chief overseer of the giant slave plantation based in Richmond, Davis only rates derision.
sounds like SOLIDWOOD has an axe to grind
come on Wood bring it on
With whom have I an "axe to grind"?
With you or with DieHardtheHunter? Because of what? Is it about Palin, Lincoln or Mossadegh?
I'm not being snarky... just enlighten me a bit, so I can give a reply.
God said for those who wish to believe lies He would Himself send them strong delusions.... Darwin documented delusions not facts.
No bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law denying or impairing the right of property in negro slaves shall be passed
Thank God Lincoln and America won the Civil War.
SolidWood, you pick your thread on Mossadegh on the history and nationalization of Iranian Oil-—i’m willing to debate this topic with you :)
