"Three more TN State representatives Glen Cassada, Stacey Campfield and Frank Niceley have signed the consent forms to be my plaintiffs in a legal action to unseal all vital records of Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama via Writ of Mandamus and ascertain if he is legitimate for presidency. More lawmakers are reviewing the documents and expressed tentative consent. I wanted to thank all of you- patriots and volunteers for your help and support and donations. So if he signs the stimulus bill then we find out he’s not a citizen, does that mean the bill disappears? do all those executive orders disappear too?
I've always believed that as well. Unfortunately, the wheels of government (& justice) often times grind way too slowly.

As much as I hope that something will eventually come from Birthgate, I hold almost no hope of that. The Supreme Court is uninterested in taking up the case.
If he gets zapped and we prove it then the bills are void. Now he may try to hang on but their will be lawsuits to prove the bills are void.
The first defendant in a criminal case filed against a company or person in any bill he signed can demand proof. He may try to block it or may request “in camera” with a seal on it so no one will know but people will find out.

We need some states to pass legislation specifically requiring their sec of state to view original BCs for the candidates in future elections. Need to do it now, so the alleged fraud can get his court challenges rejected in time.
An excellent question that I've wondered about as well.
I can't imagine how anything he's done (or will do until this is resolved) could be considered legal if he isn't Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS. Indeed, how to 'we' undo what he would have done?
This is the reason why some folks have said that we are truly in a Constitutional Crisis now.

I wish I knew what the TN angle is??? Must be something in the TN Constitution. Probably some really common sense thing that TN folk would include.

Let’s go! Let’s support this lawsuit. We absolutely NEED to get Obama out of office, IMMEDIATELY. We have already seen what he has done. Start the process to close Gitmo, he has undermined Latin American pro-life laws by allowing government money to go to international murder organizations, he has created a massive loophole in our security be going soft on terrorists and prohibiting the correct interrogation methods to continue, and he will, if left in office, undoubtedly do more anti-American, treasonous acts.
I'm simply passing along the information. We need to thank, and support the attorney's, elected officials and others how are actually doing all the 'hard' work, IMO.
Only one problem with your scenario...Biden would become President and would promptly sign the bills since they were already passed by Congress...just because that is the kind of dolt he is.

What is pretty cool about 3 more TN state reps is Orly must have something pretty strong. Some of our o friends said the first TN state rep was a fool to stick his neck out etc etc. We’ll now you have 4 state reps in total. I doubt they would stick their necks out unless they felt this was pretty strong. Are any of them attorneys?

I agree. Some party, or someone in the election 'process' needs to be responsible for actually, and verifiably, making sure that whomever is running for office (especially POTUS) is actually qualified. So basic, but unfortunately something that's just not done as of yet.
I believe OK may be the first state to require such 'vetting.'
