I don't know if this'll ever get out of committee, but it's a step in the right direction.
Similar bills have been introduced in a number of states.

It would be interesting to hear from fellow Freeper's of cases which have been brought before SCOTUS arguing that Congress has no authority to pass some laws or to take specific action based on the 9th amendment.
It seems this is the least used Amendment in legal circles.

Thank you for posting this. I printed it out to hand deliver to my state Rep. tomorrow at lunch. I delivered a letter to his office yesterday suggesting he put something like this forth, but hopefully I’ll get to talk to him in person tomorrow.
