It's not entirely a Democrat thing. Alan Keyes, for example, has floated reparations plans of his own. I believe he advocates exempting the decendants of slaves from income taxes for a generation, something like that.

True, it will die this year. But every year three things happen. The white population drops a little relative to the minority population. The growing minority population becomes more aggressively anti-white. The younger white population graduating high school becomes more imprinted with the viewpoint that their heritage is evil and unworthy.

Eventually, reparations will not only pass, but be expanded to include Hispanics, American Indians, some Asians, and possibly even Muslims.

“There’s no point in allowing this to escalate.”

OK,OK —

You asked a (rhetorical, I now see) question, I answered.

Sorry to interfere.

I did not see 400 years mentioned before your post.
Overall, I do not disagree with your sentiments.

But I am sure this thread will have it all:

“Nobody in MY family EVER owned slaves”
“The Civil War — blacks should THANK US”
“We already paid X zillion in welfare, ect.”
“Black will misspend it”
“Other people did it first!”
“Irish....”

-—That should about cover it, no?
Sounds like a whiney echo chamber to me.

Yes, put I am inclined to place it in the category of choice that a drug addict makes. Once the first choice is made, the rest are almost automatic.

The 'Rats were the "pushers" in this crusade to enslave almost an entire racial minority to dependence on largess (provided unwillingly by others) doled out by the government simply to buy votes via permanent dependence and addiction. I say make the 'Rats pay, literally and figuratively. The 'Rats know this, and everything they do has the purpose of perpetuating and enlarging this cycle of dependence. It's reaching critical mass, and other groups are being drawn in, Hispanics, poor whites, etc. You can't oppose or call the 'Rats out on it because they've got built-in allies in the media and of course a whole arsenal of smears ("racist", "mean-spirited", "selfish", etc.) at the ready to trot out and blast from the rooftops (via the media). Once they've enslaved over 50% of the voting population to government dependence, the 'Rats will have assured themselves political control in perpetuity, or until the whole rotten edifice crashes of it's own weight.

I'm starting to align with some of the posters earlier in the thread: stock up on hollow points, shells, and firearms.

I believe it would be around 1789. I don’t think we had a real working government until then. I could be wrong.

as a ceo or financial advisor for a corporation, if the business can move offshore to an island like the isle of man or the bahamas... would you be lax in your duties to the shareholders if you didn’t?

for the isle of man, the tax rate ranges from 10-18% with a 100,000 british pound cap. that would mean any monies over $1m would be tax free.

what kind of difference would you be looking at? if your internet based company, which has no retail store front, were to have sales of $25m... today, the US (state+fed+ss+medicare) would get about $12.5 - 16.25m, assuming minimal write offs.

so with a difference of more then $10m, how could you justify the expenditure in a virtual economy?

They can do their little studies all they want. I wont’t pay a single cent of my taxes. Enough is enough. Time to get the hell out of here until and if some sanity returns. I could use a few years on a remote island anyway.

“Not to mention over a half million dead white guys in the Civil War. Any credit for price in blood? Didn’t think so, these are dead white guys after all.”

Shhhh....now, your ancestors, like mine, who fought and died for the Union don’t matter!

Anyone know how to tar-and-feather folks?

They keep this sh*t up I’m sure people will learn. I think they want a revolt so they can bring UN troops in and just get rid of the dissenters.

There must be at least 30 blacks who will stand up against this new form of socialism.

Yes, it will also require folks who value their freedom and who know the Declaration of Independence, our history, and our sovereign rights.

And just a bit (more) of a catalyst.

Anyone know how to tar-and-feather folks?

In the movie John Adams which I heartily recommend, it shows a man getting tarred and feathered. First you strip the uh, target naked, pour hot tar all over his body and then dump a barrel of feathers on top of him, and complete the process by parading him around on a wooden rail.

And that's about it.

Anything for the Japanese and Italian Americans who were interned and had their property confiscated during the war? Didn’t think so.

It appears that nobama’s working on the plan to dump on us as much socialism as possible in the shortest time. You reckon they think we’ll all just throw up our hands from being overwhelmed? I think just the opposite will be happening.
Just because they are in our face everyday doesn’t mean they are smart enough to pull it off.
