Except that the document was signed by Bush, not Obama. The link I put up shows W’s signature, plus the date is Jan 16.

Maybe the inclusion of Kenya on the list says that W hopes that 0 will be hauled into court by Kenya for campaigning for Odinga? I’m pulling your legs.

We’ll need to research this a little deeper to find out why W did this. But surely it was W.

It has been a long three weeks. It is obvious he could care less about the American taxpayer no matter the group. Bet black Dems become the most disgruntled because they expected so much.
