President Obama continues to nominate persons of ill-repute to his Cabinet and Sub-Cabinet, including a pornography defender and a woman who covered up for her tax cheat husband by lying about the financial obligations to Congress. The lack of ethics of this budding administration is astounding kind of like a 21st Century version of Roman Emperor Caligula. An orgy of spending, lying, strange sex.
David Ogden is nominated to be the second person in command in the U.S. office of the Attorney General.
According to a number of reports, as an attorney in private practice, Ogden filed court briefs:
Pushing for gays in the military. Defending obscenity and pornography cases on behalf of clients like Playboy, Penthouse, and the largest distributor of hardcore pornographic movies.
In various cases, he has also filed briefs opposing: Parental notification before a minors abortion Spousal notification before an abortion The militarys policy against public homosexuals serving in uniform The Childrens Internet Protection Act and the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act.
This man is a cultural radical. Contrary to liberal dogma, pornography is not a free speech issue. Pornography is degrading to women, and child porno is a crime. Ogden should not be confirmed.
Another degenerate appointee of Obamas is U.S. Rep. Hilda L. Solis. She is Husseins choice for Labor secretary, and she is facing new obstacles after lawmakers who were expected to vote on her confirmation Thursday abruptly canceled the hearing amid reports of back taxes owed by her husband.
Solis, a Democrat from El Monte, is at least the fourth Obama nominee whose confirmation has been complicated by tax troubles.
The Obama administration admitted it had not discovered on its own that California tax liens had been filed against Solis husband, Sam H. Sayyad.

I’m really having trouble keeping track of the appointees that have had uh.... ummm... issues.
Should I stay up late for SNL to do a parody of this? Probably not, they’re likely planning another bash of Palin.
However, the upcoming new Air Force One and other monstrosities of personal entertainment and audacious construction will have all of us looking back again at the excesses of “little boot” Caligula.
How INCOMPETENT is this administration? What is the count up to now?
cultural radical = obama and his administration in fail mode his training wheels have fell off.
Another article about this.
I can only hope this deputy AG has major skeletons in his closet that are about to be revealed.
Is it then logical to assume that the O'ministration would not have detected it had Mr. Sayyad been storing RPGs, C4, Simtex, etc., in his basement either?
Just when you don’t think anything can get any lower, you find out that there’s a sub-basement.

Maybe, we should start reporting these obviously illegal tax evasions by rats to the IRS and to the following site.

Tax Whistleblower Reward Program
The United States of America Will Pay Huge Rewards to Anyone Who Exposes the Under reporting of Tax
THE PROBLEM: Billions of Dollars in Unpaid Taxes
In the United States of America, a small percentage of taxpayers (i.e., individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates) underreport and fail to pay up to $400 billion in taxes every year, according to a study released by the Internal Revenue Service. This small group is comprised of an elitist group of wealthy Americans and businesses who neglect or refuse to pay their fair share of tax and who undermine the stability of the country to satisfy their own personal greed. This missing revenue causes unnecessary increases in annual deficits, national debt, and national interest payments. In the end, this missing revenue must be made up by honest Americans through higher taxes.
Each year, the United States is forced to spend over $11 billion to finance IRS enforcement efforts aimed at catching individuals and corporations who underreport and fail to pay tax. However, the schemes, devices, and shelters used by these individuals and corporations to avoid the payment of tax have become so sophisticated that efforts by the IRS to detect them have failed. As a result, the annual amount of unreported and unpaid tax has steadily grown each year. Confronted with the devastating effect of the ongoing and systematic underreporting of tax by individuals and corporations, the United States is taking a new approach to enforcement efforts aimed at detecting the underreporting and nonpayment of tax.
THE SOLUTION: The American People
In recently enacted legislation (December 2006), Congress turned to the American people to expose taxpayers (i.e., individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts) who underreport and fail to pay tax. The United States has announced that it will reward any person who provides information that leads to the identification of $2 million or more of unreported tax, including interest and penalties. This new legislation guarantees that any person who provides information under this Tax Whistleblower Reward Program will receive a minimum of 15%, and a maximum of 30%, of the amount that the IRS actually collects. The new law, which provides a potential windfall to honest Americans who expose those who underreport and fail to pay tax, is known as the IRS Whistleblower Reward Program.
If you have information regarding a taxpayer (i.e., an individual, business, estate, or trust) that under reported or failed to pay tax, you will be rewarded by the United States for providing such information. Contact us NOW to start the process of identifying tax avoidance and obtaining your reward! Your confidentiality is guaranteed!
