Nailed It!

This ping list is not author-specific for articles I'd like to share. Some for the perfect moral clarity, some for provocative thoughts; or simply interesting articles I'd hate to miss myself. (I don't have to agree with the author all 100% to feel the need to share an article.) I will try not to abuse the ping list and not to annoy you too much, but on some days there is more of the good stuff that is worthy of attention. You can see the list of articles I pinged to lately  on  my page.
You are welcome in or out, just freepmail me (and note which PING list you are talking about). Besides this one, I keep 2 separate PING lists for my favorite authors Victor Davis Hanson and Orson Scott Card.

And the Zero has the audacity to say that tax cuts don’t work and their success is a lie. He’s a bigger lier than Clinton and that’s hard to do.

My favorite argument with liberal friends is that JFK with his tax cuts and keep America powerful - would have to be a Republican now. There are republicans who are more liberal now than he ever was. And Dems are still to the left.

Its interesting that I rarely get any disagreement on this.

Permanent, marginal, income and capital gains tax cuts work.

It’s bizarre that we elected a socialist. We know that socialism doesn’t work, and there are plenty of people around who remember how happy the Eastern Europeans were to get rid of socialism in 1989. We fought socialism from 1945 - 1989. Maybe the problem is that we stopped fighting it.

Obama’s election can be seen as a testament to how bad our educational system is. Young people know nothing about socialism and think they’re getting change when in fact, historically, we’re going backwards.

I love a proposal to suspend tax withholding for a quarter, then review and continue or stop. People would get money right away and then 1) spend them, boosting sales, etc or 2) put them into savings or buying stocks - boosting banks and financial markets.

Can’t be easier than that. Can’t be more expensive for the government than borrowing 1 TRILLION !!! dollars.

That's okay. They are on their way to try and get him off the airways.

In fact I believe Rush's "vacation" was, in reality, a meeting with some people to explore ways to fight that impending attempt to, once again, silence Conservative talk radio. And I'm not being sarcastic.

I’m in favor of anything that de-funds the beast. So I’d take your proposal in a heart beat!

Also, perhaps, develop and market more mobile distribution, countries like Korea are why ahead in these areas.

No reason all those little ear thingys growing out of everyones ears couldn't be bluetoothin' the big boy & others 24/7.

What! A guy can’t take a vacation without some conspiracy theories?!

I actually loved Mark Steyn nonstop for so many hours. Not to replace Rush, but I’d love to have more Steyn.

On blocking talk radio - they definitely want to try, but I am not sure they can pull it off - too blatant violation of free speech.

About gizmos - the next step after satellite radio is some kind of a portable receiver for an internet radio. The technology to allow it is practically here.
