What! A guy can’t take a vacation without some conspiracy theories?!
I actually loved Mark Steyn nonstop for so many hours. Not to replace Rush, but I’d love to have more Steyn.
On blocking talk radio - they definitely want to try, but I am not sure they can pull it off - too blatant violation of free speech.
About gizmos - the next step after satellite radio is some kind of a portable receiver for an internet radio. The technology to allow it is practically here.
There is a on radio here, (FL) from 10a to 12n that would be great for Mark to be on ... instead of the boring fellow that's on now. I won't mention the boring chaps name, as I couldn't stand the slings and arrows that would be launched my way.
Whatever the "gizmo" I'm certain El Rushbo will be around.
Giving up Rush would be like quitting cigarettes. Quite unsettling, and leading to a depressive "Let's storm Congress" mode for over twenty million people.
