He said if Mr. Obama does close the detention facility and have trials in U.S. courts, some terrorists will go free and, he predicted, take part in more terrorist plots.
"When they commit terrorist acts, the blood of the victims will be on his hands," Mr. Gadiel said of Mr. Obama

Seriously, don’t waste your breath, you’re not going to find any of those “real” Republicans admitting they thought it was a good thing to let Obama in to “teach the RNC a lesson” or whatever. For some reason they’re all very, very quiet now.
I almost wish our system would allow both candidates to have a month in power, and after that we have the election. Not able to create legislation, just BE president.

Closing Gitmo and the future body count is 100% on 0 but these left over Bush appointees are not done doing damage to this country.
I understand our fellow Freeper's disdain for McCain. Now the GOP does a "me too" with putting, possibly, another RINO at the helm, but at least he's a black man. The Stupid party lives!

This is what I'm trying to answer to 82nd's question and all the pitchfork-activists we have now on FR.
Consider for a moment that the reason you feel helpless is....because the only time we have a chance to choose the fork in the road with our hellbound handcart is at the friggin fork in the road (aka the elections.)
All this handwringing now is sound and fury signifying nothing.
We act like the Dubai ports deal and the Immigration bill was some kind of miraculous grassroots win. It was a distraction, because now who are we going to call? Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid?? We undermined the people who would at least take our calls.
Well, where are we now? The socialists run the bridge and we're swabbing the deck.
The stimulus bill has funding for 300,000 illegal immigrant jobs and God knows what else, and it wont be but a few weeks before we see that new Amnesty bill coming, and the GOP is so weakened that we won't be able to do anything but dicker over the pricetag.
The GOp has some culpability for giving us McCain. Yeah? But it also gave us Palin. BTW, did you ever hear a word one from Sarah Palin before McCain pulled her out of obscurity and put her on the stage? Do you think she'd be on national TV and books right now without McQueeg-the-RINO setting her up?
Do you think the conservapurists would've done anything to bring her to the stage or would they just keep whining about poor Duncan Hunter got cheated.
