I guess the military has thrown down the gauntlet, after Obama's treatment of Petraeus.Or at least the individual making the decision, perhaps soon to be out of a job or stuck in rank, wanted to be certain that the ability to prosecute would be maintained. File that under acting in the nation's best interests.
