A recent conference brought angry delegates together to protest the increasing temperatures engulfing the globe. The participants staged a rally and called for immediate action by world leaders. "Our very existence depends on temperatures not only leveling out, but actually decreasing," said one of the conference's speakers. See photo in original article for more information...

Besides, I'd be more concerned with global cooling...crops don't grow...people freezing...etc, etc..

Before I got the snowman thing, this didn't strike as parody at all. The exact words have probably been mouthed a million times with all sincerity by the warmies.

And I agree about cooling. Everyone is wringing their hands about warming, if we get cooling, we’ll WISH global warming had been real.

I met up with Diogenes yesterday afternoon. I asked if was still searching for an honest man, it had been so many years .
“N-N-N-No,” he stammered as he shivered ,” I’m l-l-l-looking for some global warming. I’m f-f-freezing to d-d-death in t-these f-f-flimsy r-robes.”
I suggested he head south but he said he had just come north to warm up a little. Poor guy, he shuffled off, lantern held very close for warmth.
