President Obama, fresh off his first Washington apology tour, grew combative Wednesday, asserting that America voted for him, not the other guy, and demanding that lawmakers "put aside politics" -- well, Republican lawmakers, anyway.
A day before he headed to a luxury resort to meet behind closed doors with Democrats, the Harvard graduate lectured the less economically astute, ridiculing the Reaganomics Doctrine held dear by Republicans, who prefer tax cuts to new spending to bounce America out of its financial mess.
"Now, in the past few days I've heard criticisms of this plan that echo the very same failed theories that helped lead us into this crisis -- the notion that tax cuts alone will solve all our problems," the president said at the White House. "I reject that theory, and so did the American people when they went to the polls in November and voted resoundingly for change."
The statement, the first of its kind in public, was reminiscent of what Mr. Obama said in private just days after taking office. In the White House's Roosevelt Room, he told a Republican senator who opposed an element of the stimulus package that "I won. I will trump you on that."

I wish it were just a grand instead of a billion grand, one thousand billion = a trillion. Reminds me of the Star Trek episode “The trouble with Tribles” Only it’s now the Trouble with Trillions. They just keep on multiplying.
Either way, the Republicans need to correct the record.
The marxist is getting upset because the dems couldn’t push the socialist spending bill (with the neat-sounding “recovery” title) through before we, the people had a chance to read it. Sorry, Bambi - we’re on to this trick. And now that some of the drones that made a major voting error in November are starting to see what’s really going on in Washington, they’re going to be watching like a hawk as well.
When I heard a clip of Obambi saying this it was clear he has lost touch with reality already. God help this country for the remainder of his term.

Their ideology is unacceptable to the majority of Americans.
They’re working on fixing that, but at this point, it’s still true.

For one thing chump, people who voted for you, by an overwhelming majority, had no conscious thought at all on this matter. They voted for you because you are "black"....which is also not entirely true.
So if you want to get all huffy and self righteous, you would do well to remember that little fact.
“Is he knowingly lying or just stupid?” Rhetorical, right? This is the same agenda that got him elected, so don’t expect his pop culture audience to see through the empty suit.
