The liberals kept up the childish taunting and name calling until the very end of the Bush Administration.

Now they think it should stop.

Like Ann Coulter said (paraphrasing), we need to treat the Obama dynasty with the same respect and honor that the democrats/liberals gave to Bush and Co.

It's a good article, read the rest of it.

It had to be excerpted at the point it cuts off.

The good thing is, we don't have to taunt and call names, just point out gaffs and facts.

...libs accused Bush of blowing up the twin towers for his own political career.

How much more hateful can you get??????

Conservative reaction to Obama has been NOTHING compared to that.

Libs also talked openly about killing Bush, Cheney or others.

It gives me pleasure to see Obama and the Democrats get a taste of all they dished out to us over the last 8 years. I don't want to be friends with them or help them pass their agenda. I want them frustrated, ineffective and set up for their own downfall.

Now that dear friends, is schadenfreude and let's witness it when it happens!

Sorry, Lanny, as worthy as your aims may be, that horse fled the barn long ago. And it was your side that battered down the barn door.

They burned that barn to the ground and I for one would not lift a finger to rebuild it for the likes of Obama and Biden. The dems richly deserve every bit of derision they're gonna get.

He references a Lanny Davis (one of the slimiest of Clinton's friends) piece from a couple of days ago on the same forum, but it has disappeared.

I would have liked to see how he formed his hypocritical pronouncement.

Unless they want to remain in the political wilderness for another 40 years, as they were prior to 1994, congressional Republicans need to reject "me-too"-ism and pale pastels that blur the differences between the parties in favor of bold colors, and be a choice, not an echo, for voters in 2010 and beyond.

Every Republican elected official in Washington, D.C. should have to write this one million times on sheets of paper.

The ignoring of this simple concept, has essentially destroyed the ability for Conservatism to have any say at all, about which way this nation will be governed.

The Washington Times is an outstanding paper.

This attempt by Davis to call for essentially a cease-fire should be seen for what it is. He wants the right to roll over like they are want to do, so that Obama can easily push through every thing he wants, unquestioned.

Man, if those days aren’t over, this nation will become Soviet Russia before our very eyes. The right must begin to take stands constantly.

The Democrats could do it. Why can’t our team?

You betcha!

Parisi says in the article that republicans need to stop bringing a knife to a gun fight.

He's right, they have to man up or roll over.

I think they have enough gravel and dirt on them from doing that so often, maybe they will start caring.

Yea, Davis wants everyone to be nice to Present Obama.

Nope.

He will be called out on every liberal leftist thing he does, at least here on FR and other conservative sites and venues.

Hmmm...Trig Palin is not Sarah Palin's son?

Hmmm...Palin's daughter is a slut?

Hmmm...George W. Bush is a drunk and does cocaine?

The libs can forget conservatives being civil to them. If we're civil to them, it's only because it's the Christian thing to do. And the American thing to be.

If they wanted to be civil maybe they should've started by condemning the Mark akdfhsdklsdfdfd of the Daily Kos when he said...any of the 10,000 anti-American offensive things that illegal alien has said.

So no, I'm not feeling very Wall Street Journal-y. I don't feel like being civil. And while I'm at it, has anybody noticed that Barack Obama's grandmother looks like a monster?

I’m seeing this call for civility on poll after poll after poll on a site I go to. I think liberals forgot they won and are still in whine mode.

Lanny Davis was about the only Dem who never attacked President Bush personally. I occasionally would hear him say very nice things about “W.” They were at Yale together.

Wow, Obama looks just like her! (And so does Michelle)

The resemblance is astounding!

She's quite a nut.

Heres a fact. OObama is an illegal President because he is not a natural born US citizen. His birth certificate is “locked up”.
So the communist in chief has no authority and is an empty suit.
So I say screw him. Everything he signs is illegal.
OObama isn’t fit to lead a herd of monkeys.

It’s not about Lanny Davis. It’s about a bunch of horrible creeps known as the democrat party.

I'm more than ready to call a truce & to be reasonable... the moment that the Donks back away from *all* of their leftist nonsense. I'm not holding my breath. Instead, I think the “all Bush's fault” meme will continue to be spewed by the left for at least another four years.

I watched Michael Moore's movie F-9/11, and it begins with President Bush's 2000 inauguration and the motorcade driving up Pennsylvania Ave and liberals are egging Bush’ car.

And now Obama is about to run up a $2 TRILLION dollar budget deficit his first year!

Oh hell no! Hammer'em and hammer those traitors hard and never let up!
