New Hampshire is taking steps to protect themselves against Obama's socialism. Every state should do this.

Wish we’d do this in Pennsylvania.

A great last 24 hrs for New Hampshire

Your RINO Senator gets picked up by Obasma...and now your state legislators step up and go Constitutional...envoking the power to secede

Of course. the Liberal Free Trader Globalists will decry it...but I like the move.

Live Free Or Die

New Hampshire has gone too far around the bend. We’re just another blue state in the northeast now. It’s damn sad, I’m telling you.

Um... say what?

Why would anyone in favor of free trade be opposed to self government? And what exactly is a "liberal free trader" anyway. Liberal means socialist in American political jargon and is the opposite of free trade. The place one finds advocates for free trade is among Conservatives and Libertarians.

Reading this was like breathing in and, to one’s entire amazement, being filled with air as fresh as if it were newly made. This is exactly the kind of political discipline that is so sorely needed in our complacent and compliant nation. May God be with us and may our states also stand up and declare their sovereignty as the valid and concurring partners in federal agreement and not as satrapies of an empire.

No, a conservative has introduced this measure to the NH legislature, which is dominated by moonbat leftists.

I live in NH, and this measure has zero chance of passing in the DemonRAT legislature and zero chance of the DemonRAT governor signing it.

In fact, the DemonRATs have introduced a measure that would make NH into a state that is among the most HOSTILE toward homeschooling. Many of us in the homeschool movement have to take time off from work next week to testify at the hearing and protest the bill.

The anti-homeschool bill WILL pass in the legistlature, if it survives the committee hearings, and the commie governor WILL sign it.

In fact, this year, 2009, a law goes into effect, passed by the DemonRAT legislature and signed by the DemonRAT governor last year, that raises the compulsory school attendance age to 18. This extends the compulsory attendance requirement from 10 years to 12 years, representing more than a 20% increase in costs. A nice featherbed for the teachers union membership.

NH has been overrun with RAT transplants from Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.

Does New Hampshire have an initiative process?

It’s a sweet exercise. But there are not enough FreeStaters to make a difference.

MA is trying to force New Hampshire to collect taxes on sales to MA citizens.

Another good reason to go indedpendent.

Howie Carr highlights the situation in his column today, entitled, "Still not buyin’ sales tax boondoggle"

MA bullies s pffffft!

Go New Hampshire!!!

What’s the likeliness of it passing? This would pass in Oklahoma if anyone had the guts to write it. The Rat governor would veto it but it might even be overridden.

You guys should set up shop in Oklahoma, NW Arkansas, SW Missouri, and Kansas. We could overrun our legislatures with freedom lovers and repel this ungodly socialism.

MA is trying to force New Hampshire to collect taxes on sales to MA citizens.

Virginia has a law dating back to the 60's that says we must pay VA sales tax on items bought in other states.

I bet that one gets a whole buttload of compliance....

The Oklahoma IRS tries to tell me to report stuff I bought online so I can pay taxes for it.
