No, a conservative has introduced this measure to the NH legislature, which is dominated by moonbat leftists.

I live in NH, and this measure has zero chance of passing in the DemonRAT legislature and zero chance of the DemonRAT governor signing it.

In fact, the DemonRATs have introduced a measure that would make NH into a state that is among the most HOSTILE toward homeschooling. Many of us in the homeschool movement have to take time off from work next week to testify at the hearing and protest the bill.

The anti-homeschool bill WILL pass in the legistlature, if it survives the committee hearings, and the commie governor WILL sign it.

In fact, this year, 2009, a law goes into effect, passed by the DemonRAT legislature and signed by the DemonRAT governor last year, that raises the compulsory school attendance age to 18. This extends the compulsory attendance requirement from 10 years to 12 years, representing more than a 20% increase in costs. A nice featherbed for the teachers union membership.

NH has been overrun with RAT transplants from Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
