You're right about that but even so she's about the best you could hope for from a democrat governor in a blue state.

Actually the best I could hope for was for Senator Gregg to tell the President thanks but no thanks, stay in his Senate seat, and run for re-elect.

Now this seat is probably gone in 2010 (if its not gone right now).

How about hoping Gregg retain his position and do what he was elected to do? To much dignity to expect out of a modern politician. :-(
