Louisville, KY. (AP) -- Airmen from the National Guard are headed to Ohio to pick up Humvees to aid in relief efforts from the ice storm that has crippled parts of Kentucky, especially in the western region.
Sgt. Phil Speck of the Kentucky Air National Guard says the Airmen will board a C-130 in Louisville on Sunday afternoon to fly to Columbus, Ohio. They'll drive back to Kentucky in the Ohio National Guard's humvees and spread out to areas of western Kentucky where they are needed.

Pray that Kentucky thaws - fast!
I’m wondering when fearless leader will get his all electric limo?
Where is Obama?
We have friends who went through the last NH ice storm. They said it was terrible ... 10 days with electricity makes you love coal.
don’t worry, he’s calling it in......
That won’t happen until after the Super Bowl. LOL
Aren’t they lucky Feinstein and Waxman haven’t passed their crush all trucks and suv’s bill yet.
party time.... it’s been one big party since he took office and to the best of my knowledge he hasn’t made one comment about all the people who have died and are suffering from these ice storms... much less flown over and observed the damage... and FEMA can’t drive on ice so they are waiting for it to melt first. (only partial sarcasm)
Great, now I know where to pick up a good slightly used limo at a great price. ;-)
He is waiting for Global Warming!
Folks like us may need an Obamamobile to survive Obama. Heard this limo has a chimney in it. LOL
Smoke ‘em if ya got ‘em... LOL
Glad to see the Air Force finally making a contribution somewhere. < /sarcasm>
I pity the Old People I pray all ends well.
Prayers up for Kentucky and YAY for the Guard!!!!
It’s amazing how mtn communities pull together in times of crisis. But where is Obama?
Where’s FEMA? Aren’t there enough Dems there to matter to Obama?
