A nurse has been suspended from her job for offering to pray for an elderly patient's recovery from illness.
Caroline Petrie, a committed Christian, has been accused by her employers of failing to demonstrate a "personal and professional commitment to equality and diversity".
She faces disciplinary action and could lose her job over the incident.
Mrs Petrie, a married mother of two, says she has been left shocked and upset by the action taken against her.

She should have put a scarf over her head and prayed to Allah. I guarantee she’d still have her job.

The supervisor who suspended her was also suspended for praying when he said, “God___ it Nurse!”
I’ll pray for her and for her country ... even when I’m at work.
This is a sad commentary about the state of affairs in US and our English cousins’ country. We pray to the one true God and get fired for doing it. SAD SAD SAD! I hope that she will find out what God wants her to do and do it. God will judge these people who suppress the Christians who follow Jesus.

England has removed their citizens right to bear arms, their right to practice their religion and their right to raise their children. It’s tyranny.
The problem is not these PC dumbasses, unfortunately it is the good men and women who have common sense and decency, but allow this crapolla to infest society by just turning a blind eye and not demanding proper standards.
When you lose the right to bear arms you end up with tyranny. The rest of it is all just the unpleasant details.
This is what liberalism brings. The destruction of normal people.
