The state of Massachusetts, which has been at the forefront of normalizing homosexual relationships in law, has taken a bold new step to allow applicants for drivers licenses to select their gender on officials documents.

The decision by Rachel Kaprielian became public when an organization promoting family values obtained a copy of a letter she dispatched to a homosexual lobbying organization.

The letter to Marc Solomon of MassEquality said the state Registry of Motor Vehicles "has amended its policy to enable transgendered individuals to more easily change the gender designation on their licenses and identity cards."

Kaprielian said the new provisions no longer will require applicants to submit medical proof of sex reassignment surgery.

"Under the new policy, the letter said, "an individual who wishes to change the gender marker will submit an updated application together with a Gender Designation Change Form, signed by him or her and a medical provider attesting to the gender that the individual considers himself or herself to be."

Hmm. I find it a bit odd that they don’t require some medical proof of a sex change. If you can just put whatever you want, then what’s the purpose of having it on the license in the first place?

Well...what they didn’t say...was if the health provider who signs this paperwork...can be a veterinarian or some Mexican doctor named Juan who really isn’t a real doctor.

What I’d like to suggest here....is for one of you FREEPERs from Mass...to get a bogus Mexican doctor to sign the paperwork, and then you show up at the Mass drivers license bureau....in a fake wig and bad dress...with five days of beard on you....and just hand over the paperwork to see if they readily accept your transformation. If so....it means that we can all do this and claim trans-gender status.

I can’t speak for Massachusetts, but if I tried that in my little town here in Arkansas, I’d get my tail whipped. And rightly so, I believe. You make a good point, but if it’s all the same to you, I don’t want trans-gender status. I have been a red-blooded heterosexual male all my life, I’m not inclined to change at this point.Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer to look a like a man, and a woman to look like a woman.

Exactly how is this legal?
Can I also chose to enter that my height is 6 foot 5 inches and not 5 foot 8 inches? Or can I make my eyes blue instead of green? How about my name? If I don’t “think” my name is really a Fred can I make it a Jason?

I can picture it now: a surly DMV clerk barks out “drop your drawers” or “lift up that skirt” to ensure that your driver’s license is gender compliant. Just another indication that we’re headed down the road to ruin at breakneck speed.
