Exactly how is this legal?
Can I also chose to enter that my height is 6 foot 5 inches and not 5 foot 8 inches? Or can I make my eyes blue instead of green? How about my name? If I don’t “think” my name is really a Fred can I make it a Jason?

And here I always thought drivers licenses were a form of “identification.” How quaint. If drivers licenses are now to be a state validation of one’s aspirational identifications, it is clearly discriminatory to prohibit people from declaring their aspirations on height, weight, and eye color as well.
