In an interview with The New York Times, Bruce Springsteen says he shouldn't have made a deal with Wal-Mart. This month, the store started exclusively selling a Springsteen greatest-hits CD.
Some fans were critical because Springsteen has been a longtime supporter of worker's rights, and Wal-Mart has faced criticism for its labor practices. Springsteen's team didn't vet the issue as closely as it should have, and that he "dropped the ball on it," he told the Times for a story to be published in Sunday editions and previewed on its Web site.

LOL.
Now, just why in the hell have I never heard that superb turn-of-phrase?
"...let's start with the premise that Bruce is already in Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart has been 15% of our sales in recent years. It's not a question of going into Wal-Mart; we're there. They, and other retailers, are all looking for some way to differentiate themselves, and we try to accommodate each one."
After all, isn't it true, according to they, that no one....NO ONE, needs more than what they need to survive on?
I'll wait for the hypocrititical Left to respond.

Whew. I saw this guy put on a terrific show at Eisenhower Auditorium at Penn State - - in 19seventy-freaking-4.
That was 35 years ago.
This guy has been a washed up fossil for at least two decades. Why can’t some people just go away?
One more thing...without his band he is absolutely nothing.
Right...I loved his album Born to Run...most everything he has done since then has been dreck
Time to get more hot wings and Coke (not the new Crackhead Generation Pepsi).
But CEOs must be capped at $400 thousand.
How old was “blue collar working man” Springsteen when he made his first million? He’s been a well-paid rock star for 30 years. Good for him. But don’t pretend that you’re a card-punching factory worker, Bruce.
Really? Is that a fact? What a jerk if this is true!
Well, it's alleged at least. It really shouldn't be much of shock considering his current wife was the "other woman" with whom he had an affair behind his first wife's back.
No "hope" for "change" when it comes to the boss, I guess...

Make no mistake... Bruce Springsteen did NOT have a brother who served in Viet Nam! He doesn't even have a brother, he has two sisters.
The song is a total fantasy about the "loss" of a brother in Viet Nam and an inherent suggestion that his brother died for nothing.
I on the other hand have a brother with three Purple Hearts from Viet Nam. Unlike John Kerry, my brother's wounds were real and to this day he recieves disability checks from the government. My brother knew that he was fighting to stop the spread of communism in Viet Nam (spread by violence and force of arms, by the way). It was the leftists and communism's useful idiots who caused us to give up southeast Asia and allowed for the "re-education camps" in Viet Nam and eventually the "killing fields" in Cambodia to spring to life.
Way to go Bruce, you and your assclown "fellow travelers" CAUSED the sacrifice of our boys to be FOR NOTHING and caused countless deaths to happen. I believe there were over 400,000 executions in Cambodia alone.
Oh! Sounds like the Boss is into the concept of CHANGE! From one wife to the next!
Actually in my opinion he has benefitted alot in the past from luck and not talent. He is a phoney and has typical liberal manners of being a jerk!
God bless your brother for his sacrifice to his country.
