Advocates of victim disarmament in today’s American politics owe their tactics and techniques to a man whose name is becoming more and more familiar: Saul Alinsky. Hillary Clinton actually sat at his feet. Barack Hussein Obama was spoon fed his teachings. Bill Clinton was Saul’s ideological son. And you can bet that freshman Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (Dem. NY) has been well versed in Alinskyism by her own mentor … Madam Hillary.
For decades gun owners have shaken their head in wonder as lie after lie from the gun grabbers results in more and more anti firearms ownership legislation. We can conservatively estimate that there are at least sixty five million gun owners in America today. That is an immense “interest group”. And yet, gun registration (and outright confiscation) schemes have never, in the entire history of our nation, loomed so ominously on the horizon.
Lunacy reigns. But it didn’t happen accidentally. We’ve arrived at the endgame of a process, a process that Saul Alinsky, if he didn’t invent it, polished, packaged, and taught with unbelievable skill and cynicism.
Alinsky’s last book, published in 1971, a year before he died, is titled “Rules For Radicals”. These tactics are the “hidden weapon” of the more sophisticated “gun control” advocates.
Here are Alinsky’s thirteen basic rules. I’ve commented on each, and how they are used by the victim disarmament crowd. The old saw, “know thine enemy”, is ably served if you first understand what your enemy has been taught. The next time you see an anti gun politician or spokesperson spouting off about “responsible gun ownership”, or “keeping guns out of the hands of criminals”, or “the rights of hunters” understand that it is all deception based upon Alinsky’s tactics.

I don’t think you’ve got a lot of Jews racing to the right (although I wish that were the case). Rather the real Jews (who are more than just ethnic) who take their Judaism seriously are true conservatives and they’re well represented here on FR. Believe me they’re as disgusted with the lefties (Jew and Gentile alike) as any conservative here on FR. I’ve always believed that to be a Torah believing Jew (or Gentile) you are by definition conservative.

Oh, no doubt. However, taken in its entirety, the political activity of the Jewish community in America over the past 50 years has been hugely negative for this country. Incredibly negative.
Using identity politics in the way that raptor29 does to demonize and divide is a hallmark tactic of the left. Employing rational arguments in a discussion with closet leftists is bound to fail.
You’re acting as if Jews were a monolithic block, all doing the same thing at the same time. Yes, many Jews act in a totally irrational way, backing candidates and parties that hate Israel and Jews. But that doesn’t mean that the specific guys at JPFO are reformed lefties who’ve suddenly seen the light. From what I’ve seen of that organization, I seriously doubt it. And even if they were, isn’t it encouraging in a way that things have finally got to the point where reason is kicking back in?

What would happen if the millions of law abiding gun owners simply stood up and said “no”,as in “no you’re not” forcing me to pay for x,y,and z or registering our ammo ,etc.etc. ?
con-gress,nyc council and all of them need to receive a very simple message :
Respect our Constitutional rights as we are the law abiding citizens here,not the criminals.

Allow me to be the first to tell you just how ignorant you are. First of all, the entire value system upon which this country was built was Biblically Jewish. Second, without Jewish money, this country would still be a British possession. Third, the Orthodox, are, for the most part, deeply conservative; they don't like homosexuality, they abhor divorce, and hold abortion as murder. The Jewish people are FAR more deeply divided than you realize, to the point that when Orthodox Zionists were importing a ship load of weapons to Israel to fight the war against the Arabs in 1948, Ben Gurion's socialist forces put it under fire and sank it! The Jewish people just don't let on about those divisions because they have paid for them so grievously over the centuries.
I have a P95 which is back at Ruger after only being fired twoce. The magazine will not load properly.
I love the Mark III (and have one) and would like to get an LCP, but after the P95 experience, not sure I can trust them 100%.
It is not possible to fully enslave an armed public. Hence the necessity for “gun control” and “common sense gun laws.” It’s just that simple. And if we let them win on this, the nation and our freedom are done.
I have a p89 that has more than 10,000 thru it and no problems. It shoots all kinds of ammo and never burps.

That is one reason that, other than the Ruger Mark III I own, which is NOT user friendly when it comes to field-stripping for cleaning (it's main fault), I only own Glock pistols (I do have several S&W revolvers).
