The Senate also unanimously voted to impose the "political death penalty" on Blagojevich, banning him from ever again holding office in Illinois. He should move to New York . . . or New Jersey . . . or Michigan.

I’m going to miss that SOB. What great theater he provided. Glenn Beck asked a great question on his show tonight: if Blago was so crooked, why didn't anyone in Illinois (state government, local government, Chicago) rat him out earlier in his 6-7 years in office?
Beck didn't answer that question but I think it's obvious: because they're all crooks and they were all sipping from the same rotten stew!
Talk about good theater: wait til Governor Blago starts ratting out his colleagues... and maybe our new Messiah who seemed to scamper through Illinois politics without losing any of his "glow".
