Just more proof all the democrats accusations about Bush where really their projecting their own desires... they claimed over and over President Bush would find some way to stay in office forever.. he didn’t but as soon as Bambi is elected, they look for a way to make it happen for him..

This won't pass. The Democrats don't control 2/3 of either the House or the Senate. Even if they did, all it would take would be more than 13 states to oppose this amendment for it to not happen.

If it makes you feel better, the same amendment was proposed when Clinton was president. It got nowhere.

Can't get more obvious than that.

It's been posted in various forms several times. No biggie. To be fair, this "Repeal the 22nd Amendment!" fever strikes during the honeymoon of most incoming presidents. Saner heads will prevail and this bill will follow all the others into the great circular file.

This isn’t the first time:

The list below shows legislation in this and previous sessions of Congress that had the same title as this resolution. Often bills are incorporated into other omnibus bills, and you may be able to track the status of provisions of this bill by looking for an omnibus bill below. Note that bills may have multiple titles.

Yep. McCain won something like 29 states. No way do 16 of those join the 21 that Obama won to repeal this.
