A lawyer whose case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office was denied a hearing in the U.S. Supreme Court says she will demand records of a meeting between the justices and the president.

California lawyer Orly Taitz, who has several cases pending over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural born" citizen, told WND she will take action soon.

Her case was the most recent on which the Supreme Court held a "conference," an off-the-record discussion at which justices discuss whether to take a case. Taitz told WND the justices decided Jan. 23 to deny her case a hearing on its merits.

The result was the same for previous cases brought by Philip Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, as well as Cort Wrotnowski.

Like Berg's cases, Taitz said hers now reverts to the lower court, where it was pending when her emergency appeals were submitted to the Supreme Court.

Thank you for the clarification. I don’t agree, however, as the only way for Obama (or anyone else) to prove their eligibility would be to submit the documents to a court, which would be in the position of verifying it. Further, to submit a false document to a court would, I assume, be a crime of some sort, such as perjury or fraud. In contrast, posting a fake on the Internet does not carry with it the same penalties.

I have nothing against you, but I consider this issue very important and hate to see it minimized. This is not about Obama, as I have stated, but about every candidate having to prove their eligibility. McCain produced documents in response to the same questions.

As you know, the term “natural-born citizen” appears in the Constitution for a reason: To guard against a president who is under foreign influence and putting another nation’s interests ahead of ours. A modern-day example would be the child of two illegal aliens born on U.S. soil. If only birth on U.S. soil were required, we could see this individual elected and then put in charge of enforcing our immigration laws. That would not be acceptable to me.

They probably discussed their shared experiences at Harvard Law School and their ensuing career paths.

As for why Obama was there, he was invited by Roberts who said he wanted to make it a tradition. Perhaps Alito saw the visit as unseemly.

Roberts and Obama should have used the time to practice the oath.

The joint chiefs should inform the politicians who has all the guns, jets, ships, and armed forces at their disposal

That would be President Obama. Every member of the military serves at his pleasure.
