THey already have one case that list the SoS as having the burden, Cort’s. The opinion given on it will take care of the other 49 states. (In our opinion they will be found not to have the responsibility to vet in the past (not guilty) but may be given that task in the future, or maybe not)
Orley needs to place the burden where it belongs on bo and the DNC.
