Should probably go with the 2nd. It’s a lot easier to mail stuff on Mondays.
Being foreign born, he wouldn’t understand the reference.
I’m all for doing everything possible to get a message across. Mailing ANY substance or anything that makes an envelope bulge to the Marxist in office would worry me.
The blogger Mr. Denninger sure is getting creative.
How about a Little Tea Party?
Looks like a great "First Step" to me.
Then what do we do to get their attention?
March into DC??
Heck this has already been discussed here on FR. In fact, it was decided that a teabag will probably not get thru security. Someone suggested a picture of a teabag.
“Then what do we do to get their attention?”
Until we deal with the media, NOTHING is going to do any good. They won’t even cover it. Get in front of every network affiliate in every town every day, and they’ll cover it.
Open burning violation - you’d still go to jail.
I doubt they would want to throw that many people in jail.
I suggest several million Guy Fawkes masks with black capes.
As has been responded to a hundred times on these ‘tea party’ threads, you can’t send any goods like tea bags (or any other ‘foodstuff’) to the White House, they will simply end up in the trash, never to be seen by any decision maker, accomplishing absolutely nothing.
Pick one spot in U.S. (like D.C.) and bring together the loyal opposition to Zero. I could care less if the networks cover it, as long as the coverage goes viral on the web.
Then, they could not ignore it, or twist it. A picture is worth 1000 words.
Oh yea, real smart... promote a terrorist (failure) who attempted to bomb parliament- or as he is affectionately known in the nets “Epic Fail Guy”.
116 Patriots in Boston started the Revolution!
Let those in Congress know we are aware of who REALLY pays for this, the taxpayers!

Sharing The Pain Plan
Ordinary Taxpayers 100%
Banks 0%
Congress 0%
State Legislatures 0%
Bernanke 0%
Fed Governors 0%
Fannie Mae Bondholders 0%
Freddie Mac Bondholders 0%
FDIC executives 0%
SEC 0%
Is it any wonder the average person is up in arms over the bailouts. When does Congress share the pain? When do bank executives share the pain? When does Shelia Bair share the pain? When does Paulson share the Pain? When does Bernanke share the pain?
Bernanke, Barney Frank, and anyone else in Congress who supported Fannie and Freddie owe US taxpayers a huge apology. They should share in the pain.
Someone on teamsarah pointed out that teabags would not be delivered directly as they would have to be analyzed for toxic substances. She suggested pictures of tea bags. Since they appear to be not so bright in D. C. I thought a picture of the actual tea party might do the trick.
I had not idea who Guy Fawkes was. Looked at the Wiki and it is an English history thing.
“as long as the coverage goes viral on the web.”
That’s all good and well, but how many voters do you think get their news from the web? We know the left has the most power on the web.
For instance, in my area, there is no cable. We get CBS. That’s it. How do you think those folks vote? Look at the last election for the answer.
The media needs to be exposed and until you’re ready to hit the streets to do it, talking about anything else is a gigantic waste of time.
