Obama seemed to make clear that he is taking ownership of the stimulus package. Presidents for years have started their day with a daily intelligence briefing about the threats in the world. In a sign of the times, Obama is now including a daily economic briefing in his schedule.

Some are arguing that this "stimulus package" is a giant step toward "remaking" America into a European-style socialist country. Whatever, it's very important to Present Obama.
