PRESIDENT OBAMA TAKES ON RUSH LIMBAUGH IN NEW MEDIA WAR
WASHINGTON -- President Obama warned Republicans on Capitol Hill today that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.
"You can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done," he told top GOP leaders, whom he had invited to the White House to discuss his nearly $1 trillion stimulus package.
One White House official confirmed the comment but said he was simply trying to make a larger point about bipartisan efforts.
"There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats," the official said. "We shouldn't let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done."
That wasn't Obama's only jab at Republicans today.

You know I think he has been saying flip things like that for years in his lib echo chamber.
It was incredibly poor judgement for him to do this. He is arrogant.

Agree...and I think Rush, saw "the stitches on this knuckleball" coming many years ago.....its not like they haven't tried it before.

New strategies have to be worked out by Republicans in both Houses.....and by conservatives foot soldiers as well because essentially we're now all tilting at windmills and grabbing at wisps of smoke for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, all of O-Vomit’s blather about a new spirit of cooperation and bipartisanship. I would bay $1,000 for the right to a seat at an O-Vomit — Limbaugh debate. The messiah is a useless, babbling piece of political detritus wihtout a prompter. We see it over and over again, off the cuff he’s just another selfish, greedy little racist punk in an expensive suit with a street b**ch for a wife. He’s nothing. Him and his affirmative over-reaction Harvard degree would get whooped right back into the Chicago streets by Limbaugh.
We can only HOPE that this peevish punk of a president we have will keep this up. He snaps at the press when he’s asked a real question. He gives a radio host publicity that you cannot buy at any price. The guy is self-destructing right before our eyes on day three!

Rush will wipe the floor with him. This won’t be pretty. The MSM will be pulling out all the stops in labeling each and every statement by Rush as being of racist origin. You watch.
Rush was also talking about an email he received from a leftist attorney.The subject line was "You are lying about our President".This attorney went on to say "if you keep this up, they will keep Club Gitmo open just for you".
Rush said he had to stop and think about that,because there were a lot of loophole in the order to close Gitmo.
Like the old saw about getting into a fight with someone who buys ink by the barrel, you shouldn’t get verbal wars with someone who’s on the air 3 hours a day - especially if you’re essentially unarmed...

Obama may claim to be a Christian but IMHO it’s just cover for his socialism.
His real religion is BLT: Black Liberation Theology. And it isn’t Christian; it’s marxist.
Wish folks here would stop with the muslim stuff. He’s a lefty. That’s his religion. And it is shared by many of his supporters. Witness Warren’s recital of the Lord’s Prayer.
It was dead quiet. But not anyone including the Zero ever joined in from what I heard. And I don’t think Warren planned it that way. I believe he expected everyone to join in.
