My God. The money must go to people who are not highly skilled professionals like construction workers. Why, the POF family would be absolutely thrilled to drive on roads, bridges, overpasses and tunnels made by low skilled, no talent slackers. Yessiree. Simply stated:
White male construction workers are not their constituents, but the unemployed, some minorities, and some women are. They intend to build the dependency of these on them.
White construction workers will not be dependent on the DemonRats, so they do not want to help them.

I know white people who voted for Obama because it made them feel good and they felt good about themselves because they could turn around and say they voted for Obama and not be viewed as racist, of course they never said that, but the way they were talking? there was no other reason. How do you think these same white voters are going to feel when they realize crap like this?

Obama is already running for reelection and this would rile the rank and file in the building trades unions that contributed to his campaign big this year.
