More interesting is the fact that immediately realizing that there was controversy about the mangled oath, Barry re-takes it. Nipping any problems in the bud.

Makes one wonder all the more about his COLB which could also have been laid to rest so easily - if he was indeed born in the USA.

Johnson’s oath wasn’t done by the Chief Justice. 0bama screwed up too. He got ahead of himself and didn’t wait for Roberts to finishing saying “I Barack........ I Barack Hussein Obama do solemnly swear” before trying to say it himself. They both messed up. If people are going to make a issue of Roberts fn’ up we should make a issue of 0bama messing up too because he did.

Let's just dissect the logic and strength of that assertion, shall we? How, precisely do we *know* he graduated magna cum laude? Because he *told* us? Until his records are released, it's hearsay, nothing more.

Secondly, how intelligent does one really have to be to be equal in wisdom or demonstrated expertise to other Harvard alumni, e.g. Russ Feingold, Carl Levin, or Chuck Schumer?
