(CNSNews.com) - President Barack Obama is similar to the Biblical character of Joshua and Martin Luther King Jr. was like Moses, boxing promoter Don King told CNSNews.com on Tuesday.
Celebrities, including Jay-Z, Smokey Robinson, Don King, Denzel Washington, and Oprah Winfrey, spoke with CNSNews.com in the hours before the inauguration just a few feet from the rostrum where Obama was sworn-in as the nation’s 44th president. They spoke about how Obama had changed their lives and which Biblical character they think he most resembles.
Actor Denzel Washington“I would say that he would be Joshua going across to the Promised Land,” King told CNSNews.com. “Martin Luther King Jr. went to the mountaintop like Moses, and he said, ‘I might not get there with you, but I can see the Promised Land.’ But we gonna’ get to the Promised Land. So Joshua carried them across. Martin Luther King, Jr. was prevented from going into the Promised Land.”

These comparisons are quite comical. Here we have a man who never held a job in his life and has no executive experience....but because he was black, he was selected as our President. Symbolism over substance....a sad day in history.

I would compare Obama to Pharaoh, for infanticide and thinking of himself as a deity. Next would be Herod for infanticide.

Not sure why Actor Denzel Washington is before this Don King quote...According to the article Denzel Washington refused to compare obama to a Biblical person.
The ‘messiah’ is everyman. All things are possible. His farts smell like flowers and his grace is all that mere mortals should desire to obtain. That’s just the front page news.
Joshua was a conservative, he would have never allowed the Israelites to worship the golden calf by collecting all the gold and throwing it in a fire, sacrifice children to molech, or practice debauchery the way Aaron did while Moses and Joshua were up on Sinai
Obama is Joshua, and the Constitution is Jericho.
Joshua did not command/vote to kill babies in the womb.
